Acceptance of terms

By visiting our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Clackamas Surface Co. (“Clackamas Surface Co.”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

We provide exterior surface cleaning services including driveway cleaning, patio and walkway cleaning, and house soft washing, primarily for residential customers in Oregon City and the surrounding Clackamas County area. Specific scope, pricing, and timing for any job will be agreed upon in your individual quote before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide, including the size, condition, and accessibility of the area to be cleaned. We may adjust a quote after on-site inspection if actual conditions differ materially from what was described. We will communicate any changes before performing the work.

Scheduling, cancellations, and weather

We will provide an estimated date and time for your service. We work through light rain when safe to do so, but reserve the right to reschedule for heavy weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. You will not be charged for visits we cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated with your quote.

SMS communications

By providing your phone number or initiating contact via text, you consent to receive SMS messages from Clackamas Surface Co. related to your inquiry or service, including quote replies, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and review requests. Property access and responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the area to be cleaned, including water hookup and clearance of vehicles, pets, or other items. We take reasonable care to protect surrounding landscaping and property. Pre-existing damage, loose surface materials, or hidden conditions (failing concrete, lifted pavers, brittle paint, etc.) are not our responsibility, but we will point them out where reasonably visible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Oregon law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Insurance

Clackamas Surface Co. is a registered Oregon LLC and carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request before work begins.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
